Ο Νίκος Ξάνθος γεννήθηκε στο Βόλο. Αποφοίτησε από τη Σχολή Αρχιτεκτόνων Μηχανικών του ΕΜΠ το 2007 και συνέχισε τις σπουδές του στο διατμηματικό μεταπτυχιακό πρόγραμμα του ΕΜΠ “Προστασία Μνημείων” από το 2011 έως 2013. Απέκτησε εμπειρία τόσο στη συνθετική όσο και στην κατασκευαστική αντίληψη της αρχιτεκτονικής, συνδυάζοντας τις προπτυχιακές του σπουδές με πρακτική άσκηση. Ήδη ως φοιτητής αποσπά το βραβείο “Λύσανδρου Καυταντζόγλου” κερδίζοντας το Α’ βραβείο σε φοιτητικό αρχιτεκτονικό διαγωνισμό.
Κατά τη διάρκεια της επαγγελματικής του πορείας έχει συνεργαστεί με μεγάλα αρχιτεκτονικά και τεχνικά γραφεία στην Αθήνα και το Βόλο. Οι αρχιτεκτονικές μελέτες και οι μελέτες αποκατάστασης ιστορικών κτηρίων που συμμετείχε σε διάφορα μέρη της Ελλάδας πλούτισαν το γνωστικό του πεδίο με εμπειρίες από όλο το φάσμα της αρχιτεκτονικής πρακτικής. Εργασίες και μελέτες στις οποίες συμμετείχε, έχουν παρουσιαστεί σε εκθέσεις και συνέδρια στην Ελλάδα.
Nikos Xanthos was born in Volos. He graduated from the School of Architecture at the National Technical University of Athens (2007), and has a postgraduate diploma in “Protection of Monuments” from NTUA (2011-2013).
He combined his undergraduate studies with internships and has therefore acquired wide architectural and synthetic perception of space. He has won the “Lysandros Kaftantzoglou” award for winning the 1st Prize in a student architectural competition.
In his professional career he has collaborated with architectural and technical firms in Athens and Volos. His participation in architectural and restoration projects in various locations of Greece enriched his experience in different aspects of architecture. Several of his projects and studies have been presented at exhibitions and conferences in Greece.
Polytropon architects were created in June 2013 by a team of architects, seeking innovative and holistic design through different expertise and experience in architecture. Our studio treats architecture and design as a challenge, proposing modern eco-friendly solutions that respect the users’ needs.
Polytropon architects have participated in national and international architecture competitions and have published their projects in architectural reviews and exhibitions.

Η Ελένη Όλγα Δεληγιάννη γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα. Αποφοίτησε από τη Σχολή Αρχιτεκτόνων Μηχανικών του ΕΜΠ το 2010 και συνέχισε τις σπουδές της στο διατμηματικό μεταπτυχιακό πρόγραμμα του ΕΜΠ “Προστασία Μνημείων” από το 2011 έως 2013, ως υπότροφος του ΙΚΥ.
Διερευνά σε διδακτορικό επίπεδο θέματα που αφορούν στην ιστορία της αρχιτεκτονικής και τις ιστορικές κατασκευές, ενώ άρθρα της έχουν δημοσιευτεί σε έγκριτα επιστημονικά περιοδικά και συνέδρια.
Στην επαγγελματική της πορεία έχει συνεργαστεί με αρχιτεκτονικά γραφεία στην Αθήνα και με υπηρεσίες του Υπουργείου Πολιτισμού, έχοντας συμμετάσχει σε αποτυπώσεις, μελέτες νέων κτηρίων, μελέτες αποκατάστασης και στην αναστήλωση ιστορικών κτηρίων διαφορετικών χρονικών περιόδων. Μέσα από τη συμμετοχή της σε αρχιτεκτονικούς διαγωνισμούς και κτηριακές μελέτες έχει εμβαθύνει στην συνθετική αντίληψη, στην κατασκευαστική λεπτομέρεια και έχει αποκτήσει ευχέρεια στην φωτορεαλιστική απεικόνιση κτηρίων και εσωτερικών χώρων.
Eleni Olga Deligianni was born in Athens. She graduated from the School of Architecture at the National Technical University of Athens (2010), and has a postgraduate diploma in “Protection of Monuments” from NTUA (2011-2013) as a State Scholarship Foundation awardee.
She currently researches in PhD level issues related to the history of architecture and historical constructions. Her articles have been published in scientific journals and conferences.
In her professional career she has collaborated with architectural firms in Athens and with the Ministry of Culture, having participated in surveying, new buildings’ projects, restoration studies and the restoration of historical buildings of different periods. Through the participation in architectural competitions and projects, she enriched her abilities in synthesis, construction and 3D visualization of buildings and interiors.
